These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Opulynx website at https://opulynx.com and related services provided by Opulynx LLC (“Opulynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
Opulynx operates as a marketplace platform for mobility rentals, watercraft rentals, and other rental categories that may be introduced from time to time. Opulynx is not the seller of listed items, does not take title to inventory, and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of listings.
Listing owners are responsible for their listings and for complying with applicable laws. When transactions are enabled, they are intended to occur between renters and listing owners, with Opulynx providing software, communications, and payment facilitation features as described at the time of use.
Some features may be in development. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
User Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@opulynx.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, legal, or operational risk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Opulynx.
You represent that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any requirements related to rentals, licensing, insurance, or payments.
Rentals and Reservations
Listings, availability, pricing, and rental terms are set by sellers unless otherwise stated at checkout. Opulynx facilitates discovery, communication, and booking workflows but does not own listed inventory.
Reservation terms, cancellation rules, and fulfillment responsibilities will be presented during the booking flow and may vary by listing and jurisdiction.
You agree to review listing details, seller policies, and checkout terms before confirming a reservation.
Payments and Fees
If payments are processed through the platform, they may be handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Fees, taxes, and charges may apply depending on the transaction type, jurisdiction, and product configuration in effect at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges as permitted by the flow presented in the product.
Refund eligibility depends on the transaction terms presented at checkout, seller policies where applicable, and applicable law.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for complying with rental, safety, and insurance requirements that apply to your use of listed assets.
You agree to communicate respectfully with other users and with Opulynx support, and to provide timely information needed to resolve reservations or disputes.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data without permission, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You may not circumvent platform protections, payment flows, or fees. We may investigate and take action against conduct that harms users, sellers, or the platform.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Opulynx regarding account verification, login authentication, reservations, booking updates, password resets, customer support, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency varies based on account activity.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Disclaimers
The platform and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Opulynx disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
Opulynx does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that listings, users, or third-party services will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opulynx and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Opulynx’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will be limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Opulynx for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if no such payments occurred.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, Opulynx’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will survive.
